Morocco’s Digital Quality of Life (QVN) index moved up 13 places to 71st out of 117, making it the third best QVN in Africa, behind South Africa and the Republic of Mauritius.
For context, digital quality of life is a concept that determines the digital well-being of the citizens of a territory based on five fundamental aspects. These are internet accessibility, e-infrastructure, internet quality, digitization of public services and e-security. Each of these settings determines whether users have the tools they need to perform simple or complex tasks. It is also essential to determine how many people have access to digital services such as study, information, teleworking, e-commerce, among others.
