Marrakech-Menara Airport certified “AHA”
The International Airports Council (ACI) recently awarded “Airport Health Accreditation” (AHA) health certification to Marrakech-Menara international airport alongside 14 other airports in the Kingdom, after evaluating the measures put in place to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic.
This distinction awarded by ACI attests to the effectiveness and relevance of the health protocol implemented by the National Airports Office (ONDA) in its airports, indicates the Office, noting that this certification is intended to reassure passengers. and reinforce their confidence, by assuring them that airport areas are safe and that all precautions have been taken to reduce any risk relating to their health.
Airport Health Accreditation is an accreditation program designed to assess the health alignment of airports with international recommendations defined by the Aviation Restarting Working Group of the Council of the United Nations. International Civil Aviation (ICAO). Marrakech-Ménara airport has obtained this health certification alongside the airports of Casablanca-Mohammed V, Agadir-Al Massira, Rabat-Salé, Oujda-Angad, Fès-Saïs, Tanger- Ibn Batouta, Ouarzazate, Nador-El Aroui, Essaouira- Mogador, Al Hoceima-Chérif El Idrissi, Errachidia-Moulay Ali Chérif, Tétouan-Saniat R’mel, Dakhla and Laâyoune-Hassan 1er.
