From a solid friendship between two women expatriates in Marrakech, for more than 10 years, and happy to be, was born the Wekan agency.
Caroline, 20 years as a sales executive in France in insurance and banking, has owned several riads in Marrakech since 2004.
Nathalie, 25 years old from sub-Saharan Africa, whose professional activity was dedicated to the development of major luxury brands, requiring a perfect mastery of geographic and cultural constraints. She has been living in Marrakech since 2012.

Intermediation fees SALE
- Agency fees are 5% excluding VAT (6% including VAT) shared by:
- The seller 2.5% excluding tax (3% including tax)
- The buyer 2.5% excluding tax (3% including tax)
Renting
- Long-term rental: 1 month's rent including tax paid by the tenant - 1 month's rent including tax paid by the owner.
- Seasonal rental: 20% excluding tax (24% including tax) of the amount of the rent payable by the tenant (included in the prices presented).
