Designed to place on a flat roof. Includes (1) 1/8" thick roof gasket. Designed to be placed on horse trailers, dog trailers and boxes or any other unit that requires additional air flow. Completely mechanical operation. Steel handle on underside allows you to position the popup vent to be bidirectional. Cover is gasket-ed to allow a tight seal.
