Only unopened items are listed as new.
Other items that I judge to be without scratches are listed as unused, and items that I'm slightly concerned about are listed as "no noticeable scratches."
I try to sell items without scratches, but please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item.
White spots, etc., may be difficult to convey due to the photos, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about scratches.
