- WHEN TO REPLACE THE BLOWER MOTOR: the heater blower motor is the component responsible for propelling air through the ventilation of vehicle heating and air conditioning systems. If this part is damaged,the AC system will not be able to circulate heated or cooled air. At this time, you need to replace the blower motor.
