This is a UK tour T-shirt from the early 1990s of the popular band LOUD in the UK.
I bought it at the Town & Country in London, one of the venues.
They were performing as the opening act for THE Stranglers at the time, and I think not many people bought LOUD's tour merchandise.
I wore it a few times and then stored it.
The tag is worn and illegible, but it seems that the tags of that time were poorly made, and it's normal for them to be in this condition.
It's a so-called big T-shirt, about the size of 2XL to 3XL.
