Three Vintage 1966 Barbie Dolls by Matell
All have 1966 embossed on their backs
•••The reddish haired Barbie with original floral dress and stellar 60s apron & lacey underwear (which is very rare! I don’t think I’ve ever seen a Barbie with Lacey drawers!
••the First Blonde is wearing a yellow polo shirt with red cuffs (has original authenticity tag) and blue shorts, red earrings & you’ll notice her elbows are bent which is a classic style of the old Barbie dolls she also has a floral-printed butt molded in white plastic instead of just normal skin colored Barbie doll plastic
•The other blonde has a yellow wrap in her hair, she’s wearing her original blue tank top (has original authenticity tag) and vintage floral skirt
Dolls are in clean shape, come from
A smoke free home.
The bodies are marked 1966 but I think their heads have been changed it’s hard to say they were my grandmothers. I’m not 100% as I’m not hugely knowledgeable on all things Barbie History
